Baked Small fish

You’ll Need: * 1 kg small fish
* Juice of two lemons
* 1 cup oil
* 4 garlic cloves, chopped
* oregano

Procedures :
Clean the fish, remove heads, wash and drain. Place the fish in a baking pan, add lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, oil and bake in medium heat for 25 minutes.
